Loh Chow Kuang is one of Singapore’s leading transport specialists having had 28 years of experience across the various sectors of urban transport. Internationally renowned for his expertise, he has worked for organisations including the Singapore land Transport Authority (LTA) and worked as the Secretary of Public Transport Council.
Mr Loh is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and a Board Member of CILT Singapore. Currently, he is serving on the Transportation Engineering Group of the Institution of Engineers Singapore, and the overseas expert of the Shanghai Construction and Transportation Commission’s Science and Technology Committee.
Loh Chow Kuang is also the founder of Singapore Urban Transport International (SingUT), an organisation which aims to to promote Singapore as a leading global hub for urban transport best practices, expertises, solutions, innovations and knowledge exchange through it’s 3 main units; Singapore Urban Transport International, Singapore Urban Transport International Academy and World Urban Transport Institute Singapore.
He is currently based in Singapore.
