The project is situated in the eco-neighbourhood of Botière-Chênaie in Nantes and is organised into 2 different typologies; two shared spaces on the Rue de la Base Chênaie, and subsidised housing that form the border of the north and south of the compound. The heart of the compound is entirely treated for botany and vegetation and is shared among residents for gardening along some with plots of private gardens. The duplex housing units are characterised by a room with twice the height that can be cordoned off to make a separate room if the families should need one, making the house adaptable to the present and future needs of each household.
