With an investment of  US$ 100 million, the renewal project for Conakry involved the creation of 3 different sites, each with their own set of recommended activities. The 3 sites include the City Gallery Park, Infocomm and Tech Hub and City Mall and Hotel and would create a total of 6000 jobs. The sites chosen in Conakry are either state land or abandoned, thus making the resettlement minimal for the new developments to take place.
