An italian native, Paolo Tarabusi completed his education in Architecture in Genoa, Italy. After having completed his diploma at the University of Genoa in 1992, Paolo Tarabusi began his freelance activity in France where he was sent on scholarship. It was during this time that he entered and was accredited for his housing project to help the homeless in the prestigious Forum Butagaz, a program that calls for project plans. Admist a string of subsequent competition wins, Paolo was then chosen by the city council of Paris to participate at the « Appel aux Jeunes Architectes », a national selection of young promising architects.
He developed and realized thereafter several housing and office projects with particular attention to environmental and constructive issues. He was chosen by the World Health Organization to participate at the UNAIDS headquarter competition in Geneva.
In 2003, he became the founding partner of the European cultural association AMS – Architecture Modernity Science based in Genoa, Paris and Geneva. Since 2005, he has been teaching at the national school of Architecture of Paris-Belleville (ENSAPB), and in 2006 he established his own architectural firm, Atelier Tarabusi.
He is currently based in France
